Grace & Bliss Candles Return Policy
At Grace & Bliss Candles, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping Label: We will provide a free return shipping label and detailed instructions once your return request is approved. Please request authorization before sending any items back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges: For faster service, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
